"Should I stay or should I go...?"

Dear Readers

Once again, I have to ponder about why nothing happened yesterday and consider being wrong as regards my expectations for 9/30.

I want to share my feelings with you so that everyone understands that we who were allowed to recognize these chronological gems are merely week humans with feelings of insecurity and discouragement from time to time.

I really expected the Great Tribulation to start on September 22/23, since it was 7 full lunar years after 9/11. Sure, it is still possible that it happens today, 7 times to the lunar day according to the standardized Biblical Lunar Calendar (BLC) with 30 days each. And really the big events might only start on September 30th, 2008, 1335 days of Daniel 12 before Pentecost 2012, a date pointed to by different patterns (Enoch, Elijah, Moses).

In addition, it is possible that the prophecy of Isaiah 30 refers to the fall of a specific kind of “tower” that symbolically stands for a true Christian organization headquartered in NYC. They publicly fell 30 days after the Twin Towers on October11. So 7 solar times from then would end on October11 2008. 7 times lunar would even take us to October23 on the Jewish Calendar and to October27 on the BLC.

But what will we do, what will I do, if all these dates go by without major happenings? Frankly, I do not know yet! I feel personally that I have seen too much proof for the prophetic and chronological beauty of the Bible to give up. I have seen too many patterns and macros that see to work or have worked in the past to throw it all away.

But surely the question arises how fit we are to interpret God’s Word chronologically if we go wrong again and again. I don’t think that to miscalculate something makes one a bad Christian or even a useless interpreter. In fact, trying to do so shows confidence in the accuracy and beauty of the Bible. Someone who does not try cannot succeed. So the one failing is in fact not worse off then the one not even trying.

Failure in the absence of the success of someone else even does not prove your MO, your approach, your technique wrong. Only if someone successfully “prophesies” future events then we have to carefully examine and compare his approach.

So in fact, we do not have to give up until proven wrong. Jesus said:

7 Keep on asking, and it will be given you; keep on seeking, and you will find; keep on knocking, and it will be opened to you.
8 For everyone asking receives, and everyone seeking finds, and to everyone knocking it will be opened (Matthew7).

Jesus' words do not mean that we should knock once or twice.

They mean that we should keep knocking until the door opens. For that is the promise. They do not mean that we should seek here and once we have done that we should seek there. They mean that we should seek everywhere until we find. For that is the promise.

They do not mean that we should ask once or twice. They mean that we should ask every day and every hour of every day until we are answered. For that too is the promise.
And that is what we have done. And that is what we shall continue to do, God willing, because Jesus is true to his word all the time. He is good for every one of his promises and he delivers what he says he will deliver. He does what he says he will do.

The only way we will not find is if we stop seeking. The only way it will not be opened to us is if we stop knocking. And the only way we will not be answered is if we stop asking.

If today passes without a major declaration or a disaster, the next really really really hot date is September 30 2008.

Please keep watching with us and keep praying that all of God’s children, wherever they are, will be prepared and ready when our Lord comes.
